Ali Woods (Founding Member and Director: Communications)
Ali is a lesbian and allied health professional who has personal and professional concerns with the current climate that young LGB people are faced with. She consults around matters relating to her professional expertise, and assists with communications.

Nicole Mowbray (Founding Member and Director: Strategic Planning)
Nicole is a lesbian who worked as an academic librarian in strategy, eLearning and systems management for 20+ years and then for the news media where she worked as a digital designer. She is committed to fighting for the sex-based rights of the LGB.

Michael David (Director: IT and Operations)
Michael is a gay man and a long-time member of LGB Alliance Australia. He has a background in Information Technology and coordinates orientations, meetings, teams and work groups for our organisation.

Sam Hawkins (Director: Training and Consultancy) 
Sam brings over a decade of experience in education and academic leadership and is the Director of Training and Consulting at LGB Alliance Australia. Coupled with a proven track record of excellence, Sam is committed to driving positive change through education and training. Sam's expertise spans across community services, education and leadership. Sam collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop bespoke training programs tailored to the unique needs of clients.

Marce Hamilton (Director: Political Advocacy) 

Marce has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, managing and coordinating large scale projects and services. Committed to good governance and rolling up the sleeves, Marce is pleased to commit time to the LGB Alliance, as it offers a constructive way to advocate for policies that enhance the lives of all Gay, Lesbian and Bi-sexual Australians.  Proud lesbian. 

Susanna Williams (Newsletter)
Susanna Williams is an award-winning writer and researcher with a passion for crafting clear, engaging narratives. A graduate of the Australian National University (ANU), Susanna has honed her skills in research and communication through her academic work, including her time at the University of Sydney. Her ability to distill complex topics into accessible, compelling stories makes her an invaluable voice for the LGB Alliance, where she is dedicated to creating impactful newsletters that inform, connect, and inspire the community.
